The first Build21 residential project comes to life in Bucharest, in an area with history, energy, and potential for urban regeneration.
We want Agricultori 100 to become a benchmark for a new way of building: with more care for people, nature, light, quiet, and the air we breathe.

Agricultori 100 is the first step in a series of 21 Build21 projects that reshape how people build and live in Romania.

Where we build
A quiet, well-connected neighborhood, close to the city center
Parks & leisure areas
The area is bordered by green spaces that invite calm and reconnection with nature. Nearby you’ll find small neighborhood parks and shaded alleys for walking. To support the area’s green development, the project will integrate green inner courtyards, suspended gardens, and social areas under the shade of trees.
Transport & access
Just a 10-minute easy walk to Piața Muncii (M1) metro station. Trams 1, 10 and 55 cross the area, and buses 135, 311, 330 and 335 offer direct links to key points in the city.
